Here are some great Memorial Day 2018 Discounts and Freebies available for military and veterans. Several of these discounts and free promotions will require a DoD-issued ID, a DD214 or a Veterans Driver’s License, so be sure to check out what is needed before you head out.
*Blue Star Museums – FREE admission to more than 2,000 museums across the country from Memorial Day – Labor Day
*Busch Gardens – The Waves of Honor program permits any U.S. active duty military, activated or drilling reservist, or National Guardsman and as many as three direct dependents to one free Busch Gardens admission per year. (also SeaWorld®, Adventure Island®, Water Country USA®, or Sesame Place® and Aquatica SeaWorld’s Waterpark™ in San Diego)
*Colonial Williamsburg – Active duty military, reservists, retirees, veterans, and their dependents receive free admission Memorial Day weekend – May 25th to May 28th.
*Home Depot – all veterans are eligible for Home Depot’s 10% military discount
*King’s Dominion – Free park admission to any active, inactive or retired service members and family members will get discount admission
