Target shoppers!  Just a reminder that starting today, November 1st, Target.com will be offering FREE shipping and returns on all orders – no minimum and no promo codes needed!  This free shipping offer will include Black Friday and Cyber Monday and go through December 25th!  Normally, they have a minimum purchase of $25 for free shipping.
