We just received one of these for Christmas (not this brand) and we love it.  It’s not “scary” like the pressure cookers that are on the stove.  I was always nervous to use the old-school pressure cookers but the electric pressure cookers are so easy and in my opinion, safer to use 🙂  We have made chicken and roasts within minutes and the meals have came out perfect!
